http port problem

Yes i have checked the options. 
I want following command to executes.
 *./check_http -H 203.124.230.11 <http://203.124.230.11/> -p 80*
**I used following option in minimal.cfg
 define service{
..................................... 
 check_command check_http!8003
}
but things are not working
