Command definitions can include arguments separated by '!' which are
passed to the command as $ARG1$, $ARG2$, etc. Look at how the $ARGx$
macros are used in the sample config files. Combine that with looking at
'check_http --help' and it should be pretty clear. Alternately you can
create two different command definitions and reference them
appropriately. 

You'll be better off understanding how it's done than if someone just
hands it to you. What would you do if it broke? Come back to the list
first thing?
