Transferring Data between installs

Well, as long as your config's are the same and your log rotation period
is the same, all you really need for historical data is var/nagios.log
(log_file in nagios.cfg) and var/archives/* (log_archive_path in
nagios.cfg). If you have state retention enabled you might want to also
copy over your state_retention_file (probably var/status.sav).
