service dependencies, warning escalation

I have serveral service dependencies configured. For example:

Service A on Host A depends on Service B on Host A.

To me it seems that when Service A is checked OK and dies before
Service B is checked, Service B gets warned and a litte bit later
Service A (when it's rechecked again).

Is it possible to escalate a failure on a dependent service up to the
"first" not working service so that only one waring message is sent
out?
