Setting up a passive check problem

If you want to configure a 'passive only' service, give it a dummy check
command and define check_period to 'none' or 'active_checks_enabled' to 0. This
way, the active check will never be scheduled.

The first way (check_period=none) also works if you want to configure a passive
service with freshness checking : in this case, the check_command is used to
say 'passive check is missing'.
