Not receiving Email Notifications

When you test it, do you do so as the nagios user? It's likely that
there is some library or file that isn't accessible by that user. Is
there anything in your mail log files? Mailqueue? Without knowing what
your host-notify-by-email command looks like or your nagios version
you're only going to get vague answers. To troubleshoot you could change
that command to echo the information to a text file to verify that
you're using the correct macros and such...

Information is the key otherwise we're just shooting in the dark.
