no contact_groups in hosts.cfg

Hi:

I just upgraded to version 2.0b3 from 1.1 and have the following question:

Does anyone know how I can get by without specifying the
contact_groups directive for a particular host in the hosts.cfg
configuration file.

I only want e-mail notificaitons for a set of hosts, the others I do
not want to be paged about.

I used to be able to do this easily when contact_groups resided in
hostgroups.cfg.
