Configuring Notifications via e-mail

Check if the email server is working
(check /var/log/mail.log for outgoing mails)

services.cfg: check for correct contact group, notification_period,  
notification_options should normally be "c,r"

Check if you use /usr/bin/mail to deliver mail, otherwise correct the  
entry in misccommands.cfg

Read Documentation!
