Escalations and recovery notifications

I've got an update on this. I actually get the SMS if the recovery
happens at the second notification (second escalation definiton). If the
recovery happens at the third notification (second escalation
definition), I get the email but NOT the SMS.

Please help me on this one, I'm out of ideas...
