NRPE check_procs error "System call sent warnings to stderr"

Hello,

Can someone tell me what could be causing this error when I run "check_nrpe
-H localhost -c check_total_procs" or even when I just run "check_procs" I
still get the error below: 

"System call sent warnings to stderr
PROCS WARNING: 218 processes"
