process monitoring with check_procs

Hi guys,

has somebody of you already used the check_procs plugin to monitor Netflow?

What I want to do is to check if the Netflow-process is still running on 
2 remote machines. But until now I couldn't find any documentation for 
this. Any tip would be appreciated.
