Nagio "Pending" resolved

Well, it turns out all the 'Pending' was a result of nothing being enabled.

Following some links around in the interface, I commited some enable
service commands and away it goes...

Maybe Pending... should say Disabled...  .. it really made me think
something was about to happen and was not.
