Extended information not working as expected?

Are you using flat files or a DB ?
For flatfiles (not what I use) the files [host||service]extinfo.cfg are 
where to look.
For DB setup the [host||service]extinfo tables are where to look. Also 
make sure that db:username:password are set properly for this in the 
relevant part of CGI.cfg.
