serviceextinfo checks

running '../bin/nagios -v nagios.cfg' does a great job of alerting me
when I have defined a serviceextinfo block but haven't associated an
actual service def...

What I want to do is the opposite - I want a way to alert me when I have
defined a service def but have failed to associate a serviceextinfo
block for it. Does anyone have (or know of) an efficient way of doing
this?

Thanks in advance!
