Traffic per user

Maybe the task of the plugin will be gather the information from the
system and store it in an rrd to show it in nagios when you want to
know more details about the traffic in a computer.

What I want is to integrate this information in nagios and if it is
too much difficult may be get suggestions about tools to perform this
analysis.
