statusmap.cgi

This happened to me as well the first time i installed nagios.  If you
don't have the gdlib installed (among a few others) the statusmap.cgi will
not be built.  When you did your initial ./configure of nagios you probably
received a message stating that you didn't have gdlib and it gave you steps
to fix it but it continued on normally and built without errors.

I installed nagios.
Everithing works except the status map( The requested URL
/nagios/cgi-bin/statusmap.cgi was not found on this server.).
