The name of service has to be specified as given in
Windows Registry. Its under

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services

for example to monitor RPC Service you have to use
string "RpcSs" I think it case sensitive. I use it and
am successfully able to monitor so many services.

for your info here are few of the names that you are
looking for

ClipBook: ClipSrv

Nagios Agent: NSClient

Telnet : TlntSvr.

the best way (i think) to find this is goto that key
and press F3 and find for your service type its name
this should help you.
