Calculating Bandwidth with snmp on cisco router

Does anyone here monitor bandwidth on a cisco router? If so, how did you
do it and how do you display your results?  I am looking to monitor when
our wan networks max out their bandwidth or approach maxing their
bandwidth.  Thanks for any info.
