check_* -w and -c switches

The explanation is there.  It might not be clear, but it's there.  You
express a range for which it is NOT critical.  Endpoints of the range
are included.  It goes critical if you go outside the range.  So -c 1:30
says it's not critical if it's anywhere between 1 to 30 inclusive, it's
critical outside that range.
