oscp_command not running

many thanks to the generous souls that offered advice and help with this 
problem...

i am happy to say i've found and "fixed" the problem in the sake of getting 
the distributed monitoring up and working as soon as possible. as it turns 
out, i believe i was trying to be too creative with template inheritance for 
hosts and services. i had 3 or 4 levels of inheritance and somehow nagios was 
not keeping all the values. after i simplified my templates to 2 levels 
everything started to work again. it's not as maintainable now with some 
duplicate data but at least it works.

hope this is helpful for someone else out there...
