Speeding up Nagios

Default normal_check_interval is 5 minuts and retry_check_interval is 1 
minut. max_check_attempts to 3 will give you notification between 3 and 7 
minuts .. that's a normal behaviour.

Set normal_check_interval and retry_check_interval to 1 minut and 
max_check_attempt to 2 (to avoid false notification). You'll get notified 2 
minuts after the problem
