all services announce back instead of only host back ==> notification flood

Hi,

I have a nagios setup on a linux PC, that monitor a remote server.

I check the remote server availability using the standard
check-host-alive, plus 8 other services (HTTP, DNS, POP3, etc).

When the remote server goes down, I get only one notification (HOST
alert), this is OK.

However, when the host comes back, I get no "HOST recovery", but I get 8
notifications about all the services that comes back. This is obviously
wrong. I don't want all these notifications, I only want one "Host is
back". How can I do this ?

Thanks for any pointer,
Charles
