send_nsca under win32

Hi all,

I have built send_nsca under the cygwin environment. So you can submit 
passive checks back from a Windows computer (we use that ability for our labs.)

You will be able to download the exe and cygwin1.dll (for the next 14 days, 
email me if you would like a copy after this link has expired) from the
