Checking CPU Utilization

Off the top of my head, 'top -n 1' will give you that and more.. you can grep
the CPU utilization percentages out of the first few lines.  

I thought Linux had something in /proc that you could check (similarly to
/proc/loadavg) that would give you what you want, but I can't seem to spot it
now.
