Scheduled downtime and availability reports

I scheduled downtime on a server for a reboot and saw expected results.

But, when I look at the availability report for that server, it shows
the downtime during that reboot as "unscheduled" when I would have
expected to see "scheduled."  

Has anybody else seen this?
