If your graph dbs are .rrd, you can use check_rrd for monitoring
thresholds. There may be other plugins available for monitoring other
forms of traffic data storage, but I'm not sure what Cricket uses.
There has been development on a graphing add-on for Nagios, check the
site for links to APAN.

What do you mean by consolidate? Do you want Nagios to actually act as a
collector of bandwidth data and generate graphs?
If so, look into APAN, it probably will serve these needs.
Are you just looking to have the graphs accessible from within Nagios?
I currenlty use MRTG with an rrdtool backend and routers2.cgi frontend.

Don't know how easy to use/setup APAN might be, I haven't yet had a
chance to try it out. Others on the list may have comments on this...
