External plugin

Ok, I've missed something. Wrote a plugin - a php script that calls
a expect script, checks the return data and exec this code:

    if ( $data < 5 ) {
      printf ("COUNT OK - [Count = %d]\n", $data);
  } else {
      printf ("COUNT WARNING - [Count = %d]\n", $data);
  }

and I works fine, shows up on the "Service Detail" page - except
it stays GREEN when in warning = 15. And the log shows
EXTERNAL COMMAND: SCHEDULE_FORCED_HO\
ST_SVC_CHECKSlinux_r40;1077747094
and no info. What am I missing?

Tks
Cal
