error in ssl.conf....

hi guyz,
this is the error that i encounter when i try running the command
/usr/sbin/apachectl graceful
 
Syntax error on line 124 of /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf:
SSLCertificateKeyFile: file '/etc/httpd/conf/ssl.key/server.key' does
not exist or is empty

but when i commented the below line in ssl.conf ,it is not giving
problem.
 
SSLCertificateKeyFile /etc/httpd/conf/ssl.key/server.key
 
can anyone state what and where the problem caused.thanks in advance.
