logging of passive checks

In nagios.cfg:

# PASSIVE SERVICE CHECKS LOGGING OPTION
# If you don't want Nagios to log passive service checks, set this
# value to 0.  If passive service checks should be logged, set this
# value to 1.

log_passive_service_checks=1
