EM01 HVAC sensor

Quick question. 
I have a test EM01 envornmental sensor and have it configured correctly.
I also have downloaded the nagios plugin and am trying to get it to
work. I copied the two perl scripts to the /usr/local/nagios/sbin
directory but am curious how to pull additional information off the
device. 
I'd like to be able to view the temperature, humidity and illumination.
I can ping the device to see if it's up, but would like to access the
additional information, in graphical ofrmat as well, if possible.
