lost my Balanced Tree display ...

As soon as I configured a 'real' number of network devices (125); the
statusmap display for 'Balanced Tree' won't display anything...when I
scale down a bit (Scaling factor), I get a temporary border-line that
disappears ...
The other display choices do display the configured network, but 'Balanced
tree' just won't ...can someone point me in the right direction?!? If this is
a well known problem just tell to look harder...

I decided against a custom (meaning hand-drawn) layout early on as being
labor intensive and a nightmare to maintain...we really like the built-in
nagios capability to draw the true network relationships from the .cfg
'parents' info; this provides a meaningfull display and is easy to maintain.

Previously, I had a small test-set (12 devices) configured...and all worked as
expected.
