Edit share/side.html and replace the URL for that link with 

"http://localhost/cgi-bin/status.cgi?host=all&style=detail&servicestatus
types=32&hoststatustypes=3&serviceprops=42"

I got that URL by going to the Tactical Overview and selecting the link
for 'X Unhandled problems'. I believe our NOC uses the exact same
workflow to keep track of what's new on the board.
