Partly solved: Unable to display monitoring in Web page

Okay. I think that I found why. Looking to the error.log for httpd I see:
access to /usr/lib/nagios/cgi/tac.cgi failed, reason: SSL connection required, 
referer: http://bureau.roseberry.ca/nagios/side.html

Now, I have to solve that...
