no it is not collapsed, i don't know much about dhtml/javascript.

as i said, i made this hack for my personal use, i have only one
hostgroups.cfg in nagios/etc folder, but it is easy to modify it to
read cfg from other location.

it depands how do you setup nagios, /cgi-bin/nagios/ works for me.
