If you have state retention enabled you'll need to read the Retention
Notes at http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/1_0/xodtemplate.html. If
not, you may have multiple Nagios processes running. Stop nagios, make
sure that all Nagios processes are dead with ps then restart Nagios.
