Yes, we also get this problem.  It seems not to be fatal but it affects a
number of servers, and Ihave yet to track down its cause.  I suspect the
pNSClient team would be the logical next step to go to.  
 
Since we use a home-grown Perl check_nt script (modified to pull data out
for MRTG as well) it's comforting to know that it is not the script that is
at fault, since you also experience this issue...
