Specify;

name	datacenter-contact-template

in the data-center contact, and specify;

use	datacenter-contact-template

in the objects that use it.
'name' (without "objecttype_" in front of it) denotes template reference 
name.
If you want it to be an actual contact as well, you can remove 'register 
0' from its object definition.
