Contact Template Not Working?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me why this doesn't work?

define contact{
contact_name datacenter-contact
alias datacenter-contact
service_notification_period 24x7
host_notification period 24x7
service_notification_options w,u,c,r
host_notification_options d,u,r
service_notification_commands notify-by-email
host_notification_commands host-notify-by-email
register 0
}

define contact{
contact_name nagiosadmin
alias Nagios Admin
email root at localhost
use datacenter-contact
}

I get:

Error:  Template 'datacenter-contact' specified in
contact definition could not be found (config file
'/etc/nagios/contacts.cfg', line 19)

Any help is greatly appreciated.  I have every other
aspect of Nagios (hosts, hostgroups, etc) using
templating, but I can't figure out for the life of me
why it doesn't work for contacts.
