Shut down nagios, and remove the status.sav file.  On my systems, it's in
/var/log/nagios/status.sav, but I'm pretty sure it won't be there for you.
This will clear everything, including host status.  Nagios will then just
re-check things on startup; if you have many hosts, this could take a while.
