Monitoring multi-homed boxen

We've recently set up Nagios, and aside from getting dependancies working
fully, it's been a breeze.  I just have one 'what are people doing to...'
question:

How are people monitoring multi-homed boxen?  Do you set one IP as the
primary, and just monitor reachability on the other interfaces, with those
interfaces depending on the primary IP?  Do you monitor every service on
every interface?  Do you even /use/ dependancies?
