Problem with tactical overview display

Joe,

You actually have to do a whole re-hack of the HTML. I attach a
screenshot of my TAC page, after hacking, and changing the stylesheet. I
can forward you the tac.c and stylesheet if you are interested. If you
want to do the hack on your own -- have a look for a </TD></TR> which
was commented out somewhere in the original tac.c , and remove the
comments (I'm recalling from memory of about 3/4 weeks ago, but I'm sure
it was something like an un--ended TR).
