Multiple parent nodes

Hello,

I am wondering if the following setup is possible:

I would like a node to have 2 parents, and only have that node deemed 
unreachable if _both_ parents are down.  This comes into play when I 
have a redundant router pair and there is only a network blockage when 
both routers are down.  Is this possible?  How have others done this?
