Failover Script

Greetings,
 
            Well...  I have Nagios installed and setup on two servers.
What's missing is the cron job that runs a failover script.  This script
checks the master server to make sure all is well... if it is not it tells
the secondary Nagios server to start monitoring and sending notifications.
Does anyone have this script?  I cannot seem to locate it in the Nagios
install directory....?  Any help is greatly appreciated!!
