The load is returned by the "uptime" command ... check google to learn more :)

WLOAD is the treshold to issue a Warning state
CLOAD is the treshold to issue a Critical state

And you can (must ?) define the WLOAD and CLOAD for the 3 values (that are 
load at 1, 5 and 15 minuts, yes)
