HTML and CGI URL's locations

When configuring nagios 1.1, I specified the URL parameters as follows:

--with-cgiurl=http://syslog.syrrx.com/nagios/cgi-bin 
--with-htmurl=http://syslog.syrrx.com/nagios/

However, when configure prints out it's summary info at the end, it says 
this:

  Web Interface Options:
  ------------------------
  HTML URL: http://localhosthttp://syslog.syrrx.com/nagios/
  CGI URL:  http://localhosthttp://syslog.syrrx.com/nagios/cgi-bin/
  Traceroute (used by WAP):  /usr/sbin/traceroute


If I omit the --with-***url options to configure, it comes out like this:

  Web Interface Options:
  ------------------------
  HTML URL: http://localhost/nagios/
  CGI URL:  http://localhost/nagios/cgi-bin/
  Traceroute (used by WAP):  /usr/sbin/traceroute

Is the latter correct, even though it says http://localhost... ??
