Error with Apan / Nagios ...

Hi,

I want to monitor disk usage of a windows 2000 box with nagios and apan.
The Win2K box has NSClient running successfully. I am able to get details
about services, disk, page file and everything. 

I am facing problem, only when I use apan with the disk-usage for plotting
graph. It works fine when I am not using apan and using 'check_nt_disk'. it
gives me status. But I want to plot graph by using apan. If I use apan, I am
getting the following error message :- 

"  Disk utilization: connection refused by host "

Please help me on fixing this problem. 

The following is the setting of config file. The permission of rrd file is
also right.
