notifications trouble

Hi!

i'm trying to send some notifications to some admins from my nagios box, but
i'm having trouble cause of my smtp server requires authentication. I've
tried to use ssmtp -au and -ap commands, but it didnt work with
notify-by-email. Can anyone help me plz?
