Cell phone pages

Off hand, the easiest way I can think of to do this is to have two contact
objects for each person:  one with a defined email address, one with a defined
pager.  You can set the pager contacts' service_notification_options to just
'c,r' and then only assign those contacts to the hosts you want to be paged
for.
