parent outages - behaviour for children?

I think you will. I looked on nagios.org today and I think I saw that
feature slated for a future version... i.e. if a host is scheduled for
downtime, or is down period, you won't receive notifications for
children (which are obviously down, too)

Subject: [Nagios-users] parent outages - behaviour for children?

Hello,

If I mark a parent host as having an outage between
3-4, will I still receive outage notifications for
it's children?

Thanks!
