Problem with submitting external commands (Summary)

I figured out my mistake.

/bin/echo -e  "[`date +%s`] 
PROCESS_SERVICE_CHECK_RESULT;bk_server;Backup;$RET_VAL;$MSG"  >>nagios.cmd
